Bomet University has released the provisional pass lists for the 2025/2026 academic year and announced a series of key academic deadlines.
In a statement on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Deputy Registrar of Academic Affairs Dr. Fredrick Wafula directed all students to check the published provisional pass lists through their respective schools and departments.

Students whose names do not appear on the lists have been advised to immediately contact their schools or departments to resolve any outstanding academic issues before the stipulated deadlines.
The university also announced that supplementary and special examinations will be conducted between August 3 and August 14, 2026.
Key dateline for submission
Eligible students seeking to sit the examinations have until Friday, July 24, 2026, to submit both online and hard-copy applications and clear all applicable outstanding fees.
The university warned that late applications will not be accepted.

In addition, students currently undertaking Teaching Practice, Industrial Attachment or Community Service Learning have been instructed to submit their completed reports by July 27, 2026, to facilitate timely processing of marks for the current examination cycle.
Wafula emphasized the importance of adhering to the deadlines to ensure smooth processing of academic records and examination arrangements.
“Students currently undertaking Teaching Practice, Industrial Attachments, or Community Service Learning must submit their completed reports by July 27th, 2026, to ensure their marks are processed in time for the current examination cycle.”
“Students whose names are not appearing on the pass lists should contact their respective Schools/Departments. Late applications for supplementary and special examinations will not be accepted,” the memo stated.
Strict Compliance Urged
Dr. Wafula urged the student body to strictly adhere to the designated timelines to ensure the seamless processing of academic records and upcoming examination logistics.
