The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has cautioned members of the public against misinformation relating to its services, urging Kenyans to rely only on official communication issued by the Authority.
In a public notice issued on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, NTSA said all information concerning its services should be obtained exclusively through its official communication channels to avoid being misled by false or inaccurate information circulating online.

“For information relating to any NTSA service, we strongly urge the public to rely exclusively on official communication issued directly by the Authority through its official channels and platforms,” the notice stated.
The Authority advised motorists and other road users seeking assistance to access its official website, visit the nearest NTSA office or a Huduma Centre NTSA Help Desk, or use its verified social media platforms on Facebook (NTSA Kenya) and X (@ntsa_kenya).

Members of the public can also contact the Authority through its official email address, info@ntsa.go.ke.

The advisory comes amid growing concerns over the spread of misinformation on digital platforms, with NTSA emphasizing the need for the public to verify information before acting on it.
